Kerry Tourism Industry Federation
The Kerry Tourism Industry Federation is an entity which was established to represent the interests of all parties associated with Tourism in County Kerry.
It was formed to meet the need in County Kerry for collaborative destination management and has taken on the responsibility of developing a coordinated approach to sustainable tourism that involves both the Public and Private sector. The federation’s overarching purpose is to promote and develop tourism in County Kerry without favour for any one industry sector or geographical area. The 14 founding members are made up of the Kerry Branches of the industry representative bodies and the Chambers of Commerce within the County.
The board members have been nominated and selected based on their skillsets, areas of expertise, industry sector experience, knowledge of product themes and geographical representation. The Board of Kerry Tourism Industry Federation is chaired by Pat O’Leary.
Pat O’Leary represents the Kerry Tourism Industry Federation on the ITIC Council.
