Interview with Anne O’Donoghue, CEO Irish Heritage Trust
It is refreshing – in the most difficult of years for Ireland’s tourism industry – to hear a positive tourism story but that is what Anne O’Donoghue of the Irish Heritage Trust offers.
Johnstown – one of the Trust’s four properties – has just been officially opened after a multi-million euro investment in its neo-Gothic Castle, an Agriculture museum and a visitor centre all amidst 100 acres of glorious parkland.
Anne talks about the Irish Heritage Trust’s commitment to reinvesting in its properties and how she looks forward positively to next year with further exciting tourism projects to be announced.
